The Smart Display also offers smart features such as onboard telemetry, usage cycle logging and predictive component management, ensuring greater reliability and better energy management.
By integrating this technology, Rage Mechanics guarantees a proactive approach to optimization, enabling its customers to maximize energy efficiency, improve system durability and unlock the full potential of their electric powertrain.
Systemics - A world endurance record broken by a hydrogen Tuk-Tuk at the 2024 24 Hours of Le Mans
708 km covered in 24 hours on the Alain Prost circuit, 2 kg of hydrogen consumed and 18% of battery charge remaining: the hydrogen Tuk-Tuk, powered by Rage Mechanics, set a new world record. An outstanding achievement for our teams, who fully motorized and equipped the vehicle for our partner Systemics.
Drop - A cargo bike for passenger transport.
The Drop is a cargo bike designed for the optimized transport of two passengers, ideal for city tours, tailor-made tourist experiences or two-person trips such as romantic outings.
Rage Mechanics played a central role in developing this application, taking charge of the entire powertrain (controller, motor, battery and other custom-developed modules) as well as its Smart Display, an intelligent screen providing real-time management and monitoring of vehicle performance and of the Drop fleet once deployed.
The Smart Display includes essential features such as GPS navigation for the rider, advanced lighting and signalling (front and rear light control, indicators via a dedicated light board), plus key performance indicators: speed, battery voltage, remaining range and more.
Zosh - Controller & Display solution
Rage Mechanics developed and integrated a custom-adapted controller, fully compatible with the Smart Display, to equip the off-road electric scooter fleet from manufacturer Zosh. This solution was designed specifically to meet the requirements of the German and sport models, ensuring optimized performance management, smooth interaction with the user interface and maximum adaptability to off-road constraints.
Thanks to this integration, Zosh scooters benefit from advanced control, real-time monitoring of critical parameters, an improved riding experience and efficient management of deployed fleets.
RM-X - The world's fastest scooter.
On 19 October, the RM-X scooter designed by Rage Mechanics broke the world speed record, reaching 173 km/h. This achievement is the result of a design carried out entirely in France, with a custom powertrain and an advanced telemetry system via the SmartDisplay. This record demonstrates our ability to push the limits of technology to deliver exceptional performance.
Alpenia - Wheelchair drive systems
Rage Mechanics worked with Alpenia on the development and advanced programming of the E-Clips systems (based on the VESC architecture) used to motorize any wheelchair. This work optimized essential controls such as acceleration, deceleration and various automated functions, ensuring smooth, safe operation of the application. All these developments were designed in compliance with regulatory requirements, with a view to certification and eligibility for reimbursement by the French social security system.
To support Alpenia in its validation and optimization processes, the Rage Mechanics engineering office also built a custom motor test bench, enabling in-depth testing to assess the system's performance, reliability and robustness under a wide range of operating conditions.
