Zosh: Rage electronics for an all-terrain scooter certified by the TÜV
Rage Mechanics designed the custom controller and display for two Zosh models: the Zosh Sport and the German versions of the Zosh Mountain. The latter passed TÜV certification and obtained the ABE, the authorization for road use in Germany.

The client and the context
Zosh designs and manufactures all-terrain electric scooters.
Rage Mechanics worked on two models in the range: the Zosh Sport and the German versions of the Zosh Mountain.
Some Zosh units are in service with the French Army.
The challenge
To be sold in Germany, the Zosh Mountain had to pass TÜV certification and obtain an ABE: its electronics had to meet precise requirements and remain identical from one machine to another.
In all-terrain use, it must also withstand mud, water, and sand, with a display that is readable while in motion.
