The BrakeStuff 180 mm is the disc used on our race machines: 3 mm thick, offering high-power braking and that signature sound riders recognize. Tested at over 147 km/h on the track. The 180 mm diameter provides maximum braking torque for the fastest machines and heavier riders.

Why a 3 mm reinforced disc?
Stock scooter discs are 1.8 to 2 mm thick: they warp under the first hard braking and heat up quickly. A 3 mm disc absorbs the energy of high-speed braking without deforming, maintains consistent pad contact, and supports 4-piston calipers like our Hope Tech 4 V4.
Installation
6-hole 44 mm bolt pattern, standard MTB/scooter. Ensure your caliper accepts the 3 mm thickness (Hope V4 does) and the chosen diameter (you may need a caliper adapter if upgrading from 140 to 160 or 180 mm).
