Why a 3 mm reinforced disc?
Stock scooter discs are 1.8 to 2 mm: they warp during the first hard braking and heat up quickly. A 3 mm disc absorbs the energy of high-speed braking without deforming, maintains consistent pad contact, and supports 4-piston calipers like our Hope Tech 4 V4.
Installation
6-hole 44 mm bolt pattern, MTB/scooter standard. Check that your caliper accepts the 3 mm thickness (the Hope V4 does) and the chosen diameter (caliper adapter required if upgrading from 140 to 160 or 180 mm).
