The Performance 60 V 40 Ah battery is built for the Weped GTS and SSGT whose controller power has been upgraded, or whose rider can no longer stand power cut-offs under acceleration. Its Samsung 40T or Molicel P42A cells deliver up to 400 A peak, where the stock battery caps at 130 A: the controller finally gets the current it demands, voltage no longer sags on climbs, and the configured power is genuinely delivered.

A rider using stock controller and settings does not need a Performance pack: a Long Range battery will do the job for less money. The Performance battery comes into its own with a reprogrammed or replaced controller (VESC, higher battery current limit), for aggressive riding, track use, or heavier riders on high-powered machines.

All our batteries are assembled in our workshop in France, exclusively using brand-name cells (Samsung, LG, Molicel). Each pack features a BMS that manages charging, discharging, cell balancing, and thermal protection. The price includes the battery pack, main power and charge connectors; charger sold separately. Shipping to mainland France, Corsica, and the European Union only (regulated lithium transport). 2-year warranty.

Which app should I use for the Bluetooth BMS?
The BMS connects to a free application on Android and iOS; we will provide the exact model name and setup instructions upon delivery.
Samsung 40T or Molicel P42A: what is the difference?
Both are high-discharge 21700 cells offering equivalent performance; we build with either depending on available stock, with no change in capacity or current handling.
Does the stock charger work?
Yes, provided the voltage is identical. To take advantage of fast charging, a suitable fast charger is available separately.
