The PMT Junior is a grooved tire derived from minimotos: unlike slicks, it clears water and remains predictable on wet roads, while maintaining a stiff carcass and grip far superior to stock tires. This is the tire we fit as standard on the RM-Series CS75 and on most road builds.
Why choose a PMT tire?
PMT manufactures competition tires in Italy for minimotos and pit bikes; its rubber compounds have become the benchmark for fast electric scooters because they provide what stock tires lack: a stiff carcass that does not deform at 80 or 100 km/h, genuine motorcycle grip, and even wear. We install them on our RM-X builds and customer custom setups.
Mounting a motorcycle tire on a scooter rim is easiest on a split rim (our CNC rims split in two). Follow the pressure recommended by PMT for the chosen compound; on track, adjust according to temperature. We offer workshop installation.

PMT tires are competition tires; please check the regulations applicable to your specific use.
Which rim?
A 6.5" rim: our CNC aluminum rims, or the stock rim on compatible models. If in doubt, send us a photo of your rim.
Tube or tubeless?
Both, depending on the rim: tubeless on our CNC rims, inner tube on split rims for MHS/MHT motors.
